A History Of Mystery

The shoreline of Port Willunga is serene and beautiful, but in winter months can become a dark and treacherous landscape. Several great iconic ships in South Australia’s history have ran aground or sank at the door step of the Lost Buoy vineyard, with some crew lost only meters from shore.

The unique Lost Buoy vines, once too almost lost (to property developers), was born again when the local Kelley family stepped in to rescue the vines in November 2011. And so the Lost Buoy story begins…
