The characteristics of this wine are so true to the location. The wine shows beautiful and elegant mineral characteristic. The Shiraz sits on approximately 7 acres, being the bigger of the two estate vineyards, but certainly has the smaller yield due to the environmental exposure.

Bouquet: The bouquet is sweet fruit nose of bright red berries with hints of dark chocolate and marzipan Allow 2-5 mins to fully open up.
Palate: Great concentration of fruit, seamless with beautifully integrated tannins.
